- Northbay Diagnostics will provide a 30 day money back guarantee on all unused test kits, provided they are returned in original condition. Refunds will be issued only after original test kit is received by Northbay Diagnostics. Northbay Diagnostics is not responsible for return postage.
- Shipping
- Northbay Diagnostics normally ships all test kits within 24 hours of order placement. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping. All shipping charges are included in sale price of individual test kits.
